Focus Ladder is operated by Logiqhat. This policy explains how Focus Ladder handles information.

Information handled by the app

Focus Ladder stores categories, activities, goals, routines, tasks, focus sessions, session intentions, distraction details, progress, forecasts, preferences, and active-timer information locally on your device. This information is used to provide the app's timer, training, planning, history, statistics, reminder, and Live Activity features.

Information we collect

We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data from the app. Focus Ladder has no account system, advertising SDK, third-party analytics service, or app-operated cloud synchronization service. Your focus history is not sent to a Logiqhat server.

Notifications and Live Activities

With your permission, Focus Ladder schedules local timer alerts and daily-goal reminders. It does not require a remote push-notification server for these features. Live Activities share the active countdown, category label, and related display information with the app's widget extension on your device. This information may be visible on the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island.

Data exports

You can export app data as JSON or study history as CSV. Exported files are not encrypted and may contain personal study details. They are shared only with the destination you select using your device's sharing controls. Copies you save or share are controlled by their destination and must be deleted separately. Focus Ladder does not currently provide in-app import or restore.

Device backups

Your operating system may include local app data in device backups or transfers according to your device and account settings. Focus Ladder does not provide or control those system backup services.

Advertising, analytics, and tracking

Focus Ladder does not use your information for advertising, cross-app tracking, or remote product analytics. The app does not contain an advertising SDK.

Your choices and deleting data

You can change notification permission in system settings. You can remove app data using Settings → Data & export → Reset all progress. Resetting permanently removes Focus Ladder data stored by the app on that device. Uninstalling removes the app's local container, subject to any backups managed separately by your operating system. Because Focus Ladder has no server account, there is no separate server-side account to delete.

Support messages

If you contact support, Logiqhat receives the email address, message, attachments, and other information you choose to send. We use that information to respond, investigate problems, maintain support records, and meet legal obligations. We retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes. Do not send passwords, Apple Account credentials, or private focus data unless it is necessary for your request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Focus Ladder or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest published version.
