For a problem report, include your iPhone model, iOS version, Focus Ladder version, and the steps that led to the problem. Avoid sending private category names, session intentions, or exported data unless they are necessary to explain the issue.
Common questions
Where is my data stored?
Your sessions, activities, goals, and settings are stored locally. Focus Ladder has no account or app-managed cloud sync.
Why was a timer alert silent?
Check notification permission, sound settings, volume, silent mode, and Focus settings. The in-app completion-sound preference applies while the app is open.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings → Data & export → Reset all progress. This permanently removes Focus Ladder data stored by the app on that device.
How can I export my data?
Settings → Data & export can create a JSON copy of all app data or a CSV file of study history.
